• "Service" — the estate and legacy organisation materials, templates, toolkits, documentation guides and related informational resources made available by Legacara through its website at legacarax.blog.
• "User" / "You" / "Your" — any individual who accesses, browses or purchases materials through the Legacara website.
• "We" / "Us" / "Our" — Legacara, operating at 240 Chaeng Watthana Road, Pak Kret, Nonthaburi 11120, Thailand.
• "Content" — all text, templates, spreadsheets, guides, photography references, documentation frameworks and other materials provided as part of the Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Legacara website or purchasing any of our materials, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Use of our Service is available to persons who are 18 years of age or older and who have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Thai law and the laws of their own jurisdiction. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using our Service.

Service Description

Legacara provides self-directed informational and organisational tools for individuals and families who wish to bring order to personal records, belongings and legacy documentation. Our offerings are educational and administrative in nature and do not constitute legal, financial or professional advice of any regulated kind.

Current service offerings include:

• Asset Inventory Templates — ready-to-use checklists and spreadsheets for recording belongings and key contacts.
• Legacy Documentation Toolkit — templates and folder structures for gathering personal records, contacts and instructions in one organised place.
• Heirloom Cataloguing — documentation frameworks for recording descriptions, photography notes and provenance details for meaningful family objects.

Materials are delivered digitally and are intended for personal use at the buyer's own pace and discretion. Legacara reserves the right to update, modify or discontinue any Service offering with reasonable notice.

These services are available to users in Thailand and internationally, subject to any applicable export or import restrictions.

User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when contacting us or making a purchase.
• Use the materials solely for personal, non-commercial organisational purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Keep any account credentials or access details confidential.

Upon purchase of a Legacara product, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own organisational purposes. This licence does not grant you the right to copy, modify, share, sell or publicly distribute our Content.

Payment Terms

Prices for Legacara services are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by Thai law. The current service prices are:

• Legacy Documentation Toolkit — ฿8,750
• Heirloom Cataloguing — ฿12,250

Payments are processed securely through our designated payment partners. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Refunds: As our materials are delivered digitally, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you encounter a material issue with a product you have received, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at [email protected] and we will work to find a fair resolution. We do not issue refunds based on a change of mind once digital materials have been accessed.

Disclaimers

Legacara provides informational, educational and organisational tools only. Our materials are offered "as is" and are not a substitute for advice from qualified legal, financial, tax or estate professionals.

We make no representations or warranties — express or implied — regarding the completeness, accuracy or suitability of our materials for any particular purpose. Outcomes from using our tools will depend entirely on how each individual applies them, and Legacara makes no claims about what results any user may achieve.

We recommend that users consult appropriately qualified professionals for matters requiring regulated advice, including legal documentation, estate planning, tax and financial matters.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Legacara's liability for any claim arising out of or related to the use of our Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legacara, its staff and representatives from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service in a manner that violates these Terms, your breach of any applicable law, or any misrepresentation made by you in connection with your use of our materials.

Termination

Either party may discontinue the relationship under these Terms at any time. You may cease using our Service at your discretion. Legacara reserves the right to restrict or discontinue a user's access to our Service if these Terms are breached, without prior notice where the breach is serious in nature.

Upon termination, your licence to use purchased materials for personal organisation purposes remains valid for materials already received and paid for, unless the termination results from a material breach of these Terms.

Sections of these Terms relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law shall survive any termination.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of our Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nonthaburi Province, Thailand.

Before initiating any formal proceedings, we encourage users to contact us directly at [email protected] so we may attempt to resolve the matter informally and promptly. We are committed to addressing concerns in a fair and transparent manner.

Where both parties agree, disputes may be referred to mediation as an alternative to court proceedings.

General Provisions
